The Finco foundry is a family business that began their story in 1945. For years, the Finco Foundry has dedicated its activity to cast iron castings mainly for wood-burning cookers, such as doors for stoves, fireplaces and other components for heating. From there moving into production of grill plates, burners and cooking griddles in general.
The entrepreneurial spirit, passion and courage of Mauro Finco, his family and his group led to the most recent creation of an innovative collection of cooking products designed both for catering professionals and for people passionate in cooking.
These cooking products are called Ghisanativa, a term that emphasises the purity of the metal and highlights the return to the origins of this glorious alloy.
Each Ghisanativa product is made entirely in Northern Italy, in Campo S. Martino (Padua Province, near Venice). Each item is the result of our long and detailed research into the materials, technology, environment and the history of cast iron.
